None of the personally-identifying information referenced above is stored on our website, and thus we provide no online process for individuals to review and request changes to any of their personally identifiable information collected through our website’s online forms or sent by email to us.

(3) Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy. The above Privacy Policy has been online, unchanged, since 2004. In the event that we make changes to this Privacy Policy or update it, we will post them to this page of our website with the corresponding Effective Date.

Personally-identifying information that is provided on the newsletter signup form via Constant Contact may be accessed and changed by clicking on the link “update subscription preferences” in every newsletter. This information is not sold, shared or stored anywhere on our website.

This complements, but does not change, the previous privacy policy of July 9, 2004.
